Introductory Scouts

Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday evenings at 18:45 until 20.45. Please arrive dressed ready to sail .

The Scout group size is of 6 (£42) on Mondays and 12 on Tuesday and Wednesdays (£84)

General information is sent out and booking confirmed upon receipt of payment.  Paypal is the preferred method of payment.

Please note, these Introductory Sessions are only to be booked by leaders. If booked by a parent or guardian, the booking will be cancelled and refunded. If a parent or guardian wishes to book a course for a young person, please see 'RYA courses' tab.

Buoyancy aids and helmets are provided.

Clothes:  Wetsuits are recommended, alternatively (and weather dependent) shorts, leggings / joggers, tee shirts, fleeces, lightweight cagoules (preferably in synthetic fibres) and wet boots, daps or old trainers.

Bring a towel and spare change of clothes in case you get wet.

Jeans, wellies, hard soled shoes and crocks are not suitable.
 
COVID19 precautions.
Scouts must comply with the COVID 19 requirements we have in place at the time. 
Use of the changing room is currently restricted and going home wet and wrapped up in a towel may be easier than changing outside. Hand sanitiser will be used after sailing and eating and drinking on site is not permitted.
 
The Leader must keep group details for 4 weeks as we will notify them, if necessary, for track & trace.
